2 vertical bars in the grille make it a 1971+ model. But the side steps/ladder can't be seen, so no details can help to say more. And as the cab length nor the single or tandem rear axle can't be seen, identifying it as a 63" BBC cab with 6x4 wheels (6364) can't be nothing more than a guess.
