I'm thinking about Toyota Dyna but really it's not so visible

I mainly listed this because of the interesting gold statue it's carrying.

I thought Buddha was supposed to be fat, and there's a little boy as well here.

Before reaching Nirvana Buddha spent years eating only one rice-seed a day.. and he nearly starved to death, how's he supposed to be fat then? There are numerous different depictions of Buddha, a fat (as you say), a laughing, and a golden, which the two on the bed are.

I don't really know anything about Buddha, I'm more familiar with the fat image of Buddha.

The fat/laughing 'Buddhas' are actually images of Hotei or Budai, god of contentment or happiness:

If I remember correctly, what our guide in 2004 in Thailand has said, it depends also on the country, which Buddha is adored. So in Thailand and Birma the most statues are showing the younger, thin Buddha, while in China the fat one is common.
