Maybe an Austin-Healey Sprite? |

Either Sprite MK-II or Midget Mk-I from 1962-1964. The lack of outside door handles and lack of vent windows indicates Midget Mk-I or Sprite Mk-II. So the car would be from 1964 or earlier. (The Midget Mk-II/Sprite Mk-III was introduced part-way through 1964). I can't remember when solid color tail light lenses (all red, as opposed to red and amber) were introduced, but I am sure it was after 1964. That makes it a Midget Mk-I (1962-1964), or a Sprite Mk-II (1962-1964). -- Last edit: 2010-12-26 20:24:37 |

Agree mycroft's analysis, but can confirm 1962+ Austin Healey Sprite Mk2, as Midget Mk1 had chrome side strip. |
