New black color vent grille in between indicators with old style windows.

It's this Brazil-only Typ2, where VW do Brazil has put the T2-body, resp. its front on the T1-chassis.

So "orign Brazil" will be correct for all of these.

I'm not really sure, the chassi still origins from Germany, so does the body...

The body is definetely not orign German, this combination of T2-front (even T2b) with the T1-back with the small side-windows, the hinged side-door, also the "Samba"-windows in the back edge, has never existed outside of Brazil.

The T1 chassis is origin: Germany
The T1 body is origin: Germany
The T2 front is origin: Germany

I think it should be listed as origin Germany, built in Brazil.

I disagree. With all these components VW do Brazil has created a different, unique car.
Just look to the many other cars here, which were produced outside their origin countries with own facelifts. They aren't listed with the very first "orign" country. For example: VW Citi Golf, the Brazilian Opala's, the Brazilian Santana B3, the Chinese Santana B3, the South American Chevrolet Corsa Sedan etc. pp

Here it's accepted as origin Brazil: /vehicle_217217-Volkswagen-Kombi-Typ-2-T2-1976.html

Yes, you are probably correct, I won't nag about this any more :p . But linking to another vehicle on IMCDb doesn't really prove anything, that one could be wrongly listed too.

When we're on the subject, how about this one? /vehicle_361051-Renault-Alliance-X42-1987.html

The same. Orign France is wrong. It was created, produced and sold in the USA only for the US-market. :o

1976 or later.
