That is exactly what it came out as the TV ratio: 640 by 480  Matlock was released by using video image rather using the film image. By this DVD title released that I viewed by the Microsoft Media Player version 9, that is the only way I can capture directly as a file name. Every time I have to edit these picture and save as JPEG file, the quality could suffer without increasing the image file size by then  Every capture directly from the image, it only holds less than approximately 35 KB each depending on the complexity of these pictures. -- Last edit: 2010-12-06 00:21:18 |

I don't think we're on the same page. All you need to do is use a program like XnView to crop out the black borders. It doesn't affect the quality since you're not zooming into the picture, you're literally just cutting out the black borders. |
