Could be a 1939 Chevrolet 1 1/2 ton judging from what can be seen of sides ad from front fender mounted parking lights but too few details to be certain. |

Probably 1940 - if you believe this - http://www.pickuptrucks.com/html/history/chev_segment3.html - which says that 1940 was the first year for the fender-mounted park lights. |
