Can someone translate that please? Is he saying that it looks like several types but not one in particular?

"Very frustrating, since I've check more than ten books about buses and companies in Italy, but I didn't find anything quite matching: nor Fiat, nor Lancia, nor Alfa, nor OM, Spa...

Actually one can find of course many with similar grilles. But the oval shaped badge on the gradiator and the horizontal louvers don't give me much hope for the moment.

There should be of course a Fiat 635 R coach from the beginning of the 30s, but the badge (though similar) is not really the same, and the louvers are vertical (as on most of the quoted makes!!!)"

Perhaps it was altered for the film to look older than it really was.

esagamma718 wrote Always the Fiat 635 RNL with Orlandi body and non-original grille that appeared in many Italian movies (and in foreign productions of Italian ambience). In earlier movies such as "Americano Rosso" it has the original Orlandi grille.
