Could be KGT-4RS ( http://www.geismar.com/en/road-rail-loader-excavator/232-kgt-4rs.html ) since similar description (for sure longer that only KGT) is visible on the lower part of the body on the main picture... |

I mean - visible is something like KGT-4**. Other models have shorter name - simply KGT or KGT/V |
