The real (genuine) aluminium cab décor emblem appears yellow (vs. GMC’s red) so I would say Chevrolet without reserve. 1981 (at least, due to the cosmetic front end redesign) Chevrolet C-30 Custom Deluxe |

The four-digit designation was seen on GMC badging on 1973-1974 models (as "15/25/35 Hundred") and then again on 1981+ models. However, I've seen the four-digit designation be applied to sales brochures/literature for every model year since at least 1973. |
