Внешние же отличия состояли в изменении облицовки радиатора - если у ЗИС-150 жалюзи горизонтальные, то у ЗИС-164 они вертикальные, как и у его ближайшего предшественника ЗИС-150В. Боковые жалюзи также стали вертикальными. Outside the same difference was changing radiator grille - if ZiS-150 horizontal blinds, then the ZiL-164 are vertical, like its predecessor, the nearest ZiS-150V.
