After looking at it long and hard I say it reads something like 'Exsur' or 'Exsyr.' Definitely something with Ex, then a cursive s or maybe even a V, then a g/y/fancy u and then what looks like an R. Tried all kinds of combinations but no results. |

Maybe it says Eysink? This was a Dutch bicycle make that built about 400 cars. Only one exists today, but there are a few brochure scans. Unsure if they were exported to Russia, probably not.
