I know I'm years late to this thread, but I need to clarify. The van in the photo is a 1964 Chevy Van. The GMC was known as the "Handi-van". There's a Chevy emblem on the front. The 1964-1966 Chevys were fundamentally the same, save for side emblem placement and the number of grill louvers. From the photo, you can tell that it is a 1964. "108" denotes the wheelbase length, in inches. Chevy vans came in both 90" and 108" lengths. However, the 108" wasn't introduced until the slight bodystyle change in 1967. That van in the photo can only be a 90". Lastly, that the side panel window configuration is about the most odd I've seen. Looks like a pre-cursor to the Chevy Sportvan, which debuted in 1965. That is all.
