I listed this 127 because of the unusual roof. It is a special edition or even a convertible?

If it's a convertible it's a rollback roof only - side windows are still fixed.

IMHO it's just a vinyl-roof-tape.

If it's a vinyl roof, this is an early 2 door, not the hatchback.

Yes, the small trunk-lid is clearly visible.

In this link it is called Fiore: http://fiat127club.forumfree.it/?t=37398752 (scroll down), but the vinyl part is less than waht we see in the picture above.

Maybe because the one on the 127 forum it's a Seat...

If the forum info is solid I think you've cracked it. There is an earlier comment which Google translates as "I guess it was a production run by the local dealership that was on Via Marina in Naples. At that time I met a few around the city." Also the maroon colour match is perfect and confirmed in another comment "I remember it was produced in three colours 'custom-built.' The red coral of the picture, the metallic silver and, as I recall, a metallic blue."

The only difference seems to be the extent of vinyl cover immediately around the rear window which is shown here but not on the forum's scrapyard photo. My guess is that this would be too fiddly for vinyl - nothing to attach finishing strips to and might involve taking the windows out to secure - so could have been painted in [or not] individually.

I'm convinced anyway. I assume Fiore is just the name Flower and no connection with Trevor Fiore designs.
