Zafira mk1. I think the badge has the Vauxhall logo, not Opel.

Rather Opel, as it's filmed in Ireland and it had an Irish plate.

Check the badge/logo under the rear window. I agree it should be an Opel for Ireland, but....

The film was shot partly (probably mostly) on the Isle of Man, which offers tax incentives for film production. I think that the Isle of Man gets Vauxhalls, so if this scene was shot there the car could be a Vauxhall with a movie prop number plate.

Can anybody read the green sign on the wall on the right or identify the possible castle on the horizon centre-left?

What do you think about a little bit geography? :p

Are landscape and houses Isle of Man-like? And the far background, too? Due the sunshine (I'd say, afternoon-sun from the southwest) it seems to be filmed with a north-view - so can it be on the Isle of Man? Is there such a big bay/sound anyways?

I say, it's filmed in Ireland.

would it be possible to get a slightly sharpen view of the plate? It would allow to check it on cartell.ie to see if it is a real one or not...

Looks like 04-C-7368, but the more you zoom in on it the fuzzier it gets [:spamafote]

That's as close to the car as it gets (They show him walking towards the camera). Here's the screenshot of the car before i Re-sized it:

Hadn't the Vauxhall-logo some black included?

04 C, is it a 2004-registration from Cork?

The Vauxhall badge would be darker:

And yes, C is Cork.
