How can you tell this is a 1929 Buick?, It could just as easily be a 1929 Studebaker President 7 passenger touring? There is not enough clarity to see any distinct features to tell the difference.

The difference is that the Buick has the shouldered radiator that this car has and that Buick has a windshield with a wooden section at the bottom making the lower glass edge straight - http://www.buickcarclub.org.au/library/shop_pictures/140.jpg - whereas the Studebaker's windshield is curved over the cowl - http://www.studebakereli.com/images/1929-StudePresident.png
