This is Rolf Ingersjös 1968 'Sky High'. Still exist but license number DTK136 has been reused on a 2018 Opel. -- Last edit: 2023-04-03 11:58:55 |

Some more pictures posted today: dhill_cb7: Here is a good example of a car that still exist but the plate has been reused. |

That is a relief! I was under the impression they were all scrapped or exported! Thank you and I feel much better now. |

Once in a while Transportstyrelsen clears out numbers where the owner hasn't paid the registration fee for a long time. A couple of years ago they cleared out around 100.000 license plates in one go. Some cars are gone but some are still sitting somewhere. |

Interesting. So you can see why I am pulling old VINs. I’m afraid if the plates get purged we might have users post ‘why this year’ or unknowing admins revert years back to default status. Plus I enjoy decoding VINs; especially American makes. |

Can you please send contact details to the person that owns Sky High today? I am writing a peace on this car. Mail to stahl@gasolinemagazine.se . Best regards Peter |

Look what I found in the mailbox, the new issue of Gasoline Magazine 7/2021! IMCDb gets a honorable mention, just a little mistake with the meaning of the I though. |
