Overriders on the front bumper are not original (this 'Breitkühler' didn't have overriders, the older 'Schmalkühler' did, but those were different). I think there's a three digit badge under the star on the boot lid (3rd thumbnail), so rather 180 than 180 D...

This one seems to have started its life as a petrol-engined car, but they were bought second-hand and converted with Diesel engines to work as taxis.
