 These things were sold in Australia as the Purvis Eureka. They were a kit-car with (usually) a Volkswagen 1600cc motor. My sister's ex had one for awhile.

 My name is Lance Scrogging and that is my Sterling used in "Death Race 2000". It was kit car #33 from C.C.C. California Component Cars. I was 20 years old and built with my brother in 1974. We lived in Irvine CA.

My respect and regards, thanks for posting here about your Sterling.
I'm 37 and just saw Death Race for the first time, then went out to look for John Carradine's bio to sadly find out he passed away 24 Goddamned years ago. What a life eh, I hope you are in good health and doing well. I hope you still have the Sterling and still take it out for a spin I know I would. Whereabouts do you reside these days?
