According to the Greek version of the vehicle registration plates of Greece page of Wikipedia (unfortunately, this info is missing from the English page) plates numbered 127.000 to 128.000 were given out in March-April 1964. Assuming (it seems reasonable to do so) that the car's number in the film is genunie and that this car was registered new (not used), it is a 1964 model.
