But for private persons it's surely nearly impossible to import used cars, or? Or is it possible for relatives abroad to send cars to Cuba, for example in Spain? P.S. I've read, that it's absolutely impossible to export a car out of Cuba. Some people had this idea with some rare pre-1959 classics. Otherwise: it was never a good idea to buy a car, which was running for decades in COMECON-countries, especially no Western or pre-war-cars. This consequense was even written in the 80ies, as I remember my classic car-magazine from then. |

Is right ingo, but, some cars are imported by particular agencies, i guess. Very difficult to know well. |
