This looks bigger than a Silver Cloud so would be a Phantom - 1966 if registration is authentic and the last digit is a D.

Not managed to pursue this further than confirming it is a Phantom V with the 4 headlamp front introduced in 1963 (it is bigger than a Silver Cloud 3 which had stopped production in 1966), and that the 1966 registration was issued in Leeds. The two rectangular objects beneath the headlights are unusual, and I'm not sure what they are - this area is usually blank.

A few white Phantom Vs show up on google searches but all found so far are LHD, so this RHD example is unusual and probably has some significance somewhere for somebody.

From my sources 'UC' registration is Greater London up to 1974.
The number allocation appears to be correct for EUC 100? with either C -1965, or as in this case D -1966.

Solved - /images/320/545.jpg - one of John Lennon's cars. Registration appears to be EUC 1000 in that picture too, and it doesn't have the blanks under the headlamps.

Edit: the blanks are probably covers for ice detector units. A white Phantom V registered EUC 1000 (despite the incorrect format) and owned by either Lennon or Apple appears in Performance [1970 - not yet in IMCDb]. In both cases the car may actually have been EUC 100C, with false plates.
