I never have seen a bodywork like that. and the cannon seems to me very BIG for a vehicle like that.

the turret reminds me on russian tanks:

a little research showed a LOT of variations. for example:

but no one like that.

some sources name it a *WHITE* vehicle.

The Wheel arches look like those of the International Harvester M5 Halftrack.
The other producers of half-tracks (M2 and M3 versions) were Autocar, White and Diamond T. They used rounded whell arches.

The gun is probably plywood and plastic tubing. :D

I found no better view on the track. that gun and turret - huh! would be better on a battleship ;-)))

The tracks were similar on all halftracks (M2, M3, M5). The M5 can be identified by its fronts wings and the rounded rear hull edge.
