Judging by the distinctive shape of the doors, it should be a Skoda from the 50s/60s like e.g. 440/Octavia or 445/Octavia Super. |

Yes - Skoda 440/445 or rather Octavia. The later Octavias (since 1961 or after) had small indicators on the B-pillars. Now the question is, is there a small hole or not. ![]() -- Last edit: 2010-07-15 22:31:00 |

You can always depend on Weasel. Thanks! |

But I'm still not able to tell which one exactly. ![]() -- Last edit: 2010-07-15 22:46:45 |

There was also a difference of the quarterlight frame in older and newer models, though I'm not sure when this was changed. Looks like the older version here. |

![]() ![]() I guess you mean older and newer Octavia and not difference between 440 and Octavia? Maybe someone with better knowing of the language (Slovak) will find name, which fits this color here (in the color chapter): http://spartak.szm.com/ But something tells me it is from the later period, I would list it as Octavia (on the other hand color can be completly not original). -- Last edit: 2010-07-19 01:05:54 |

Seems there wasn't any better views of the car in this scene, no? At least I didn't notice in the clips above. ![]() BTW 2. You need to have real balls to drive such Skoda 1203 with high speed, especially at the brick road, like it is in one shot brrr... -- Last edit: 2010-07-19 23:02:30 |

There seems to be the hole of the parking light in the B-pillar, this was introduced in the 1963 MY according to the period "Motor" magazine. |
