Third thumb looks like a late 90's 911. Maybe a Cabrio with a body kit and custom hardtop?

The line seen in the top is just a reflection, not a 'break' for a retractable top. Sans wing, the car looks a lot like this one: Link to "cgi.ebay.co.uk"
