L'angle de la portière, ça vous dit rien, les amateurs d'Anglaises? Oui, bon, je sais, il y a d'autres angles à relever sur la Suédoise, et des plus séduisants... :D

To my eye... It looks very much like a late 50's early 60's Austin Healy 'Frog-eye' Sprite... The door shape under the windscreen looks right. Very difficult to say for sure with only such a small part of the vehicle visible. The swept back angle at the upper rear of the door, the fastening clip for the soft top roof just behind the door, and the casting of the metal windscreen frame all match the Sprite as does the fact that the driver and passenger's heads are both well above the top of the windscreen... and the Sprite is a small car.

I think you're right. Also the absence of an exterior door handle confirms it could be a MkI sprite.

The chrome beltline moulding along the side of the car means this car is an mg midget, and since this film is from 1961 that most likely makes this car a 1961 midget mk1 model.
