The Chicago Police didn't order any new mopar cars since 1979 in order to save money (cost involved to service fleets of 3 different auto makes) and Chrysler Corporation verge of bankruptcy in 1979 (Would be hard to obtain spare parts) This is a movie prop fake police car that never seen service in the Chicago P.D.
