1990-94 based on gray strip in front fascia. I think I can see a Nissan logo on the fascia as well, so that would make it 1991-94 |

Car was given to Tarantino after the film. He went to have it smogged (impossible) and it ended up in a Customs bust. Anybody who says they have this car is mistaken. |

At the end of the film after the battle with O-Ren Ishii and her Crazy 88, the Bride (Uma Thurman) puts a now one-armed Sofie in the boot of her car and dumps her outside a hospital. ![]() Although we see the Bride driving her Nissan when she drops her off at the hospital, in the scene with the shots of Sofie in the boot and her POV looking up at the Bride from inside the boot (every Tarantino film features a shot like this), it looks like some sedan was used instead: ![]() |

You're right, the JDM versions of these were Fairlady Z's. |

Dreamster I saw that car for sale on a online customs auction,it said it was for sale for export only so you are correct about the customs part but are mistaken about the rest -- Last edit: 2010-12-29 23:08:34 |

Thanks specialK9, you are correct, I bought this at a GSA Government sale, after Tarentino had surrendered the car..I bought it with the stipulation that it was not to be registered ever in the USA for street use, although private ownership and use is permitted..did not HAVE to be exported, just couldn't be registered- VIN was killed. I sold this to a movie buff in Texas where it is part of his collection of movie cars..Dreamster- check your facts before you embarass yourself again... |
