This would have been simply "LTD" at the time, no Crown Victoria |

Remarkably similar, yes, with the link you posted, however the driver's door is different. The door lock to door handle position is not the same also the belt-line is straight in the movie taxi but the Chevrolet is curved at the A pillar. |
