Looks like a mid-1960's(1964-66) Chevrolet C-30 from here. Got a better shot of the grille? |

The longest light-duty stake of this era is indeed the C-30 one (1-ton payload, 133"/3.38 m wheelbase and 109"/2.78 m bed). But with a 2nd hole under the grille and extended wheel arches this truck is without a doubt a medium-duty "Conventional cab" 1½-ton C-50 truck (there is apparently no 2-ton C-60 stakes for the 1964 to 1966 model years). 2 stakes are available as C-50 for the 1964-66 trucks line. The C5109 has a 133" wheelbase (the same as the C-30 stake), but this one appears to have a longer wheelbase. On the contrary, the C5309 and its 157"/3.99 m wb seems to be a good challenger... ⇒ 1964 Chevrolet C-50 Stake [C5309]? |
