No, these Rovers were the Prime Minister's transport at the time.

This 3.5Litre is powered by a Buick engine, which make it as MkIII [P5B] = 1968 1st YM ;)

UGJ 666F plate, mid 68 issue. The PM fleet used several 3.5 saloons during the 70s - we have PRK 421K /vehicle_319551-Rover-35-Litre-P5B-1971.html , /vehicle.php?id=495593 and /vehicle_200616-Rover-35-Litre-P5B-1971.html plus another possibly L plate /vehicle_288525-Rover-35-Litre-P5B-1968.html .
