GM stopped using the C/K designation on their trucks when the 1999 Silverados/Sierras came along. This truck in particular has been lifted. And the proper year range is 1999-2002. |

Not true. They stopped using it in the model name. It still applies in the VIN to distinguish C(2WD) from K(4WD). Examples below. It should be listed if we can determine which one it is.
