I think the dark blue S type shown in the second picture (from the epsisode 'Jackpot') could well be DWD606C, the car used in the original title sequence of the show through series 1-3. It doesn't appear in any other episode in it's original colour scheme of dark blue, but a car bearing the same registration number did resurface later in the series one episode 'Big Spender', albeit with a silver bonnet, roof and bootlid.
