I think it's rather a 1953 based on the hood ornament and the headlight surrounds. |

It is obviously not a 'real' picture... The 1953 (and 1952 already) would have had overriders framing the license plate, but 1951 had small round indicators under the headlamps. Also the hood emblem and hood ornament would match with the 1953 version, not with 1951... |
