The "villa" is Hotel "Le Mistralee" - guess it was hotel already back then. What is invisible in this frame - on the left above entrance is banner which says something like "Grand Garage" and "Frejus Plage", what suggests garage in different, not far away town. The Chrylser logo hanging on the balcony was printed on something like canvas of foil. I think it was seasonal promo-action made by Chrysler through the mentioned garage and of course in co-operation with hotel or, what would be more interesting, they rented this place for some shorter meeting/conference. Just as curiosity - it was filmed in september 1978, so just around month after PSA decided to buy European Chrysler's branch.
