1946 would make it an EC-102, not a CC-102. And EC-102 as well as CC-102 indicate a truck made on a 125¼"/3.18 m wheelbase. What about the 115"/2.92 m one of an EC-101? If sure of the 125¼" one, then this pickup could also be a ¾-ton EC-152, as this one has the same specs as the EC-102. For the record, even experts are unable to differentiate the 1941-42 CC-Series from the 1946-47 EC-Series.
