Main police car. Some bigger actions in episodes 1.02 and 1.07. There is also one action with civil Intrepid in ep. 1.04. Car quite often seen in background. From Pilot (ep.1.01, 1.02) -- Last edit: 2012-02-23 10:16:31 |

1993-1994 hmm I wonder if that civilian model is a Dodge or Chrysler, I guess it could be either as this was filmed in Canada but a lot of the cars were provided by Chrysler Corp. are there any closer shots of the hood or a shot of the entire rear of the car? -- Last edit: 2010-01-21 03:43:39 |

Police cars get new colours and fog lights in Season 2. Opening scene was filmed on John Laurie Boulevard where you have a nice view on the Calgary skyline (but you cant park there) Episode 2.01 where it is car of Officer Westlake (female Main Character). Chases the Viper, gets into the gun fight and then smashed by the Truck: Episode 2.02 degraded: Episode 2.04 only very glimpsy in 2.03 Episode 2.05 Episode 2.06 (Defender hits the wrong car) Episode 2.07 Episode 2.08 Intrepid punishment Number Five. Episode 2.10 Instead of killing that beautiful Dodge Stratus they should have blown up that piece of junk. I am Intrepid-sick. Too much of them in this series! Episode 2.12 Episode 2.13 Police and Undercover police Intrepid in one scene. Episode 2.14 First scene is from a dream-manipulation set in Vietnam. Episode 2.15 Episode 2.16 Car exploding is just a model car. Chasing the Viper and driving through Viper Hologram Episode 2.18 Ep. 2.19 Ep. 2.21 Ep. 2.22 WTF? FBI drives Intrepids!? Ep. 3.01 Ep. 3.02 If someone is pointing a pistol at you, always try to find an Intrepid to hide behind it Ep. 3.03 Hologram created by the Viper Ep. 3.04 Like i said, its save behind an Intrepid. Ep. 3.08 Agent Catletts car. Episode 3.10 Short chase with Sebring Convertible Episode 3.11 Episode 3.18 Episode 3.21 Episode 4.12 Joe gets shot through the car window into the shoulder. One of Hollywoods rare cases when Concealment does not mean Cover. Episode 4.13 Episode 4.21 Flashback -- Last edit: 2016-01-25 22:10:28 |

The one in the main image is a 1993-94 only base model since it lacks fog lamps. [LH] Link to "www.ebay.com" -- Last edit: 2019-07-03 21:42:22 |

The common denominator is that both shows were produced by the Bilson brothers (Bruce and Danny) and Paul De Meo, and both were filmed mostly in Alberta and British Columbia in a lot of the same locations, with a lot of the same crew. Naturally, this also means that they got cars from the same source (though I'm not sure whether Chrysler openly supported "The Sentinel" with custom vehicle builds and prototypes, as they did on "Viper"). There are also a lot of actors who appeared on both shows. Richard Burgi (the star of "The Sentinel") had a recurring role as the Outfit boss in Season 1 of "Viper", Bruce Young (who also starred in "The Sentinel") had a recurring role in "Viper" as the CIA Director, and Jeff Kaake and Dawn Stern (who starred on "Viper") both had guest appearances on "The Sentinel." There are also many other guest actors who appeared on both shows (Roger Cross, for example, appeared in the Pilot episodes for both shows). -- Last edit: 2023-07-22 18:51:03 |
