I wonder if these are actual former Chicago Police cars that were bought by a rental production company for use in films? The cars have the driver side spot light mounted in the fender instead of the A pillar which was how Chicago PD mounted the spotlights at the time.

easiest way is turning the car but its not very practical..
is it remote cntrolled like the mirrors for example ?

There is a lever inside connected to the spotlamp that allows it to be manually positioned.
