Well I wouldn't know about that... It is indeed most likely a GS Club Break built between 1976 and 1979. It also could be a Gspécial Break (1976 - 1978) or a GS Spécial Break (1979 - 1981). But there is really no good telling from this picture. I am quite convident though that it is an mk2 GS. The striping on the side is an option. The car also has the small windshield before the grille, which according to Citroën has to be apllied at low tempratures. It is used to prevent the aircooled flat four 1220cc engine from getting to cold, agg freezing.... |

Attention les yeux: on reprend: GS Club Break, oui. Mais ni GS Spécial, ni G Spécial. Pour une autre raison qu'il me semble distinguer (pour autant que ma presbytie naissante m'en laisse le loisir... ): les entourages de vitres latérales alu et non peints, comme les deux autres versions proposées... Pour le reste, par grand froid, sans écran de calandre, point de chauffage... En fait, ce n'était pas le moteur qui ne chauffait pas assez, mais bien plutôt le conducteur de cette...... de GS! (je sais, j'en ai eu trois...) |

Je précise, pour DIEHARD: une GS 1015 Club 1971, une G Spécial Service vitrée 1976 et une GSA Service tôlée 1983... |

Pas la moindre photo, hélas. Je l'avais revendue avant de savoir que c'étgait une rareté absolue. Si j'avais su... Mais je garde un très bon souvenir de la 1015... Pour les films, regarde Mortelle Randonnée: film magnifique, et une GS au centre du film... |
