I don't know why movies always feel like they are so obligated to destroy classic cars for the sake of comedy.

Yeah! I know i hate when moviemakers do that, and this a 47 year old car. If Bugatti Veyron would be destroyd that would not be sad.

I've gotten so I won't watch a movie if I know a vintage car is going to be destroyed.
A crime against historical preservation in my opinion.

(Almost like taking a rare, valuable painting and deliberately slashing it with a knife for some movie shock value.)

What a waste. The film is a pile of crap too.

Comedy? I agree. It seems more anger issues need to be sorted out by writers and movie makers to do this. It's sickening. I always hate films that trash any classic car. There's no humor in destruction for destruction sake. This film must have bombed as much as was done to the Lincoln. Serves them right.
