She is only seen driving it in episode 1.2 "46 Long", when she accidentally runs over one of her friends. Afterwards Tony puts her into a retirement community/nursing home. The car reappears in series 2 when Janice Soprano (Aida Turturro) comes back to New Jersey and moves into her mother's house and takes over the car. -- Last edit: 2012-04-02 21:16:38

And the other day at the petrol station I saw an old man in an E-reg (1986) Ford Fiesta. But this car would been 35 years old when series 1 was filmed and a car that age is a classic and requires a bit of dedication. I also think that Livia probably rarely drove except to go to the store, church, etc. That might explain why the Olds seemed to be in such good condition even after so many years.
