I disagree the roofline is rounded not sharp like on the dart.

Actually, the Demon was part of the Dart line.
I believe "Dodge Dart Demon" would be the correct ID.

I agree with jrrd73, this is a 1972 Demon. The Demon was part of the Dart line, but I don't think it carried Dart badging. It was the equivalent to the Plymouth Duster, which we don't list as "Valiant Duster." From 1973 onward, this car was called the Dart Sport due to the negative connotations of the Demon name.

Must beg to disagree on that point, Cougar.
Note these 2 brochures from the 1972 Dodge line:

They both indicate "Dart Demon".
(Not sure what was actually written on the cars themselves.)

AFAIK, Demons didn't actually carry Dart badging.

OK.
The brochures and the NADA guides say "Dart Demon" while the cars themselves just say "Demon".
So take you choice as far as listing is concerned!
