I'm no expert on fire trucks, but I think it's a KME. When I tried looking this truck up, I noticed two KMEs that had this weird grille behind the door. |

I worked out the livery as that of the Burnaby Fire Department of Burnaby, British Columbia. #6 is now a pair of 2006/2010 Spartans, conversions by Smeal, but they don't match with this truck. |
