If this was part of the 1999+ Super Duty line, then the badge would have had "Super Duty" below "F-250." I'm pretty sure this is actually the (1998?) version. Neptune would know for sure. |

Hmm that's interesting. Well then it's a 1999-2000 SuperCab. I believe it's XLT trim, but I'm not 100% sure. |

Without "Super Duty" on the rear badge this could likely be a early 1999 year model, manufactured within 1998, when production started. The absence of the name seems to have been on XLs (which this one does indeed have low level XL trim plain steel wheels) That is my only explanation for this oddity ... Here is one such 1999 Ford F-250 Super Duty (which was a fleet truck) |

I was thinking the same thing also. That seems like the only reasonable explanation. |
