It is a late version of the GS136V which was produced from 1987 to 1999 - I guess this one is late 1990s. The sedan versions were updated every four years during this period but the wagon remained the same - still built in body on separate frame when the sedans went to unit body.

Column gear change. Used by "encoffineer" who prepares and dresses dead body for coffin, but then hands the coffin over to undertaker. Seems normal exterior bodywork and trim, but with opaque rear glass and interior stripped behind front seats for coffin transport, and has low spec cloth seats - so an undertaker conversion.

10/1991 onwards, with that grille.

Also generic S130 code, because there were two engine variants : 2.0 petrol (GS136V) and 2.4 diesel (LS136V). Although would a funeral company use a diesel-powered hearse ?

The "undertaker conversion" is still a hearse, even though not a very elaborate one. These Crown Van removal cars were rather simple conversions by Targa TRG and this one has a vinyl roof, which wasn't standard.

We already know the exterior, so here's an interior shot for a change (believe it or not - this is a factory photo, even though it looks like a craft store threw up into the rear compartment):
