dhill_cb7 ◊ 2019-03-15 20:23	1995-2000. Lacks pillar mounted passenger handle which came in 2001. Defaulting to Club Wagon since that is the oldest possible model it could be; plus it is extended. If evidence surfaces to change it to E-Series we can easily.
