It's not a Dodge becuase it has blue badges, which are a Plymouth thing. Since it is in Canada though, Chrysler it is. |

The decal at the lower left corner by the taillight is Enterprise Rent-a-Car. |

1995-1998 in "Lapis Blue" This is either a Dodge or Plymouth. The blue emblems were this color on both cars. |

This generation of Neon (1995-1999) was sold in Canada the same way as it was sold in the USA. Canada didn't get the Chrysler Neon until 2000. This is either a Dodge or a Plymouth and there is no way to tell which one from this angle. |
