My book says Morattab had been building CKD Santana Series IVs for a few years until Santana switched to Suzuki in 93; Morattab then bought the full tooling from Santana to start their own production in 95 of SIVs in both 88" and 109", using a Hyundai 1.8 petrol engine. In 1999 there was a big revamp (Hyundai 2.4 petrol, coil spring suspension) and the Pazhan name. So - unless there is info that Pazhan usage started before 1999 - it may be more correct to call these Morattab (make) Santana Series IV (model)??
