Hi, Looks like a Delage Faux Cabriolet DS or D6. Registration is London County Council, about August 1931. Regards Vintman |

The 4 engine ventilation doors and 1 cabin ventilation door are indeed typical Delage as is the grille and ridge in the middle of the front fenders.I agree with Vintman on a ca 1931 Delage DS or D6 .The body looks typically English ressembling some period Sunbeams , not a French factory one.It has English lighting equipment with fender mounted standing lights. May be one of our English friends could find the origin of the coachbuilder back in some period English litterature , it would be very interesting |

My first thought when I saw this car was how much it looked like a Sunbeam 20, apart from the radiator. Later D6 cars were bodied by Coachcraft, but I do not think that this is one. At a guess, either Arthur Mulliner or Gurney Nutting come to mind but this could be way off the mark. |
