I suggest that these are listed as Kid's Heart cars. Kid's Heart is a company that made these conversions. |

Yes I guess that could be added as an extra information in the title of the car. |

I made an account because I want to point out that this is not a Kids Heart Sileighty. There were 500 made and they were based on 1998 Type X 180SXs AKA RPS13s (Type X means it had an SR20DET + 3-piece aero kit), they were licensed by Nissan and made by Kids Heart, a tuning shop in Japan that's actually still around today. They had a Silvia aero bumper, the vented Silvia grill, and the rectangle Silvia headlights. It said Sileighty instead of 180SX on the window and on the rear tail light center piece. And the tail lights were kouki tail lights. They were built from a 180SX type X so it would also have the 3-piece aero kit. So the Initial D Sileighty is definitely not a Kids Heart one. It's just a Sileighty. And it was actually more than just Silvia front end and having it say Sileighty on the car. They ran higher boost, had a different ECU, Tein suspension, and were tuned for drifting. The Impact Blue Sileighty would be a 1989-1995 180SX. If it has a SR20DET (I haven't watched Initial D in awhile so I don't know if they ever mention in the show) then it would be 1991-1995. The kouki tail lights (Which the Kids Heart Sileighty has) were introduced in 1996. -- Last edit: 2017-02-26 04:41:40 |

Have you even seen the front of this particular Sileighty in the series? Or have you even watched this series at all? Clearly the front bumper is from an S13 Silvia, hence the Kids Heart name. The Sileighty you are talking about does not have that front end. |

Yes, I've seen it, I've watched the series twice through and looked at numerous pictures of it. Regardless, there are literally pictures of it right above in the comments so what kind of stupid question is that anyways? I never said the front bumper isn't front a Silvia. It's an S13 Silvia front bumper. The one on the Kids Heart Sileighty is a Silvia aero front bumper (An OEM front bumper offered on some Silvias). The title of this post implies that it is a Kids Heart Sileighty, but it's just a regular Sileighty (A 180SX with a Silvia front bumper). What exactly confused you about my post? My reason for posting is that the Sileighty in Initial D is not a Kids Heart Sileighty, but just a 180SX with a Silvia front bumper. A Sileighty, yes, but not one built by Kids Heart. Please learn to read. You completely missed what I was saying somehow. Kids Heart is the shop that built the 500 Sileighties and were licensed by Nissan. The Impact Blue Sileighty is not one of these. Simple as that. Therefore, the title of this post should be changed. -- Last edit: 2017-04-28 05:51:36 |
