 The pointed front indicators were used between June 1960 and August 1963. It looks like there are no separate indictors on the rear, so pre-Summer 1961. I guess these Transporters were sold as Bestelwagen in the North of Belgium, and as Camionnette in the South and in Brussels. Because of the name 'La Métropole' I'd list it Camionnette.

You're forgetting something. Antwerp is a large flemish city, but for a long time, French was also widely used. And Antwerp was often called "La Métropole".

There even used to be a french-written newspaper in Antwerp called, if I'm not mistaken, "Le Métropolitain".
